The CRM Data Summer Intern will work on data entry and database management for the Business Management team in NY. This role will be responsible integrity of our CRM data which is critical to our investment banking operations. The Intern will obtain a ‘behind the scenes’ perspective of the investment banking industry and experience first-hand working in a fast-paced environment.
Duration of Summer Internship: 10-12 weeks
Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain Client and Contact information in Salesforce CRM
- Research internal and external sources to update records and/or complete inaccurate or missing information
- Perform regular data cleansing activities including merging duplicate company and/or contacts
- Identify and resolve data-related issues and discrepancies
- Intake and process client related data from multiple sources
- Support team on special initiatives and data clean-up projects
- Follow and maintain database entry techniques, standards and procedures
- Establish and adhere to cadence for timely updates

Qualifications
- Undergraduate student, class of 2026
- Finance, Economics or related major preferred
- Interest in investment banking, financial concepts and related market activities
- Computer skills (Microsoft Suite – Excel, PPT, Word, etc.) preferred
Hourly Pay: $18-20
