Full Stack Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Lead with a strong emphasis on frontend development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building and maintaining applications that are deployed across multiple countries, integrating with various partner systems. This role requires a deep understanding of modern frontend technologies, as well as solid backend development skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of a multi-country application, ensuring seamless integration with partner systems.
- Implement a configuration-driven frontend that supports multiple languages, enhancing user experience across diverse markets.
- Design and develop frontend applications from scratch, focusing on responsive design and user-centric interfaces.
- Integrate frontend components with backend RESTful APIs, ensuring efficient data flow and functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement best practices in software development.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to enhance team capabilities.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS, including hooks, state management (Redux/Zustand/Context API), and modern JavaScript (ES6).
- Proven experience in building frontend applications from scratch (greenfield projects).
- Expertise in HTML5, CCS3, and responsive design principles.
- Familiarity with frontend build tools such as MicroFrontend.
- Solid experience in Java and frameworks like Spring boot.
- Strong understanding of Restful services, Microservices architecture, and Integrations.
- Experience with authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, etc.).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with internationalization (i18n) tools for supporting multiple languages.
- Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.) for application deployment.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in full stack development with a focus on frontend technologies.
- Proven track record of leading development projects and delivering high-quality software solutions.
