Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled module lead with a strong background in software development and project management to lead our team in delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with VueJS, C#, .NET Core, and Microservices architecture. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage software development projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Utilize Agile methodologies to manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and issues.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring proactive communication with all relevant parties.
- Oversee the development and implementation of software solutions using VueJS, C#, .NET Core, and Microservices.
- Ensure best practices in software development and project management are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
Mandatory Skills:
- Proven experience in C# programming and .NET Core framework.
- Strong understanding of Vue.JS and its ecosystem.
- Experience with Microservices architecture and design principles.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in project management within a software development environment.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
