Job Description
We are looking for a Senior UI Associate (Frontend Developer + Backend developer) with strong expertise in React.js to build and own complex, scalable user interfaces. The role involves translating business and design requirements into high-quality frontend solutions. The candidate will drive frontend best practices, optimize performance, and mentor junior developers. Close collaboration with UX, backend, and product teams is expected. The role will also involve working on backend integrations and APIs to support end-to-end feature delivery. ResponsibilitiesLead development of complex UI modules using React.jsDesign scalable frontend architecture and reusable component librariesManage complex application state using ReduxOptimize UI performance and rendering efficiencyCollaborate with product, UX, and backend teams on technical designReview code and ensure high development standardsGuide and mentor associate-level developersEnsure accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-device compatibilityGood knowledge of SQL server (DDL, DML, Complex queries) and PostgresDevelop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services as requiredEnsure secure coding practices and adherence to application security standardsDesign and implement MCP integrations, including secure tool invocation, API orchestration, and prompt handlingEnsure proper handling of untrusted data, guardrails, and security controls within MCP-based applications
Skills & Qualifications
5 to 8 years of frontend development experienceDeep expertise in React.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSSStrong hands-on experience with ReduxExperience with modular CSS approaches (SCSS, CSS Modules)Familiarity with frontend build tools (Webpack/Vite, npm/yarn)Experience integrating REST APIsAbility to translate business requirements into technical solutionsStrong debugging, optimization, and architectural thinkingGood understanding of authentication/authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT)Understanding of MCP concepts, API orchestration, and secure integration patterns
