Lead and mentor a team of UI developers ensuring adherence to coding standards architecture and best practices Architect and implement robust scalable and maintainable UI solutions using Angular TypeScript and other modern JS libraries Work with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into interactive responsive interfaces Review code conduct design reviews and ensure high quality deliverables across the UI team Define and enforce UI development guidelines component design patterns and reusable frameworks Collaborate with backend and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration and optimized performance Drive innovation by evaluating and introducing new front end tools libraries and techniques Manage workload planning sprint execution and team performance in an Agile environment Ensure cross browser cross device compatibility and compliance with accessibility standards
