SpazioLiv is looking for a **Modular Sales Designer** who can drive **design-led sales for modular kitchens, wardrobes, and storage solutions**.
This role combines **client consultation, design creation, and sales closure**, ensuring high conversion and premium customer experience.

## 🔑 **Key Responsibilities**
### 🎨 **Design Consultation**
* Understand client requirements, space, lifestyle & budget
* Design **modular kitchens, wardrobes & storage solutions**
* Suggest layouts, finishes, hardware & accessories
* Prepare **design concepts, layouts & proposals**

### 💰 **Sales & Closure**
* Present designs and pricing to clients confidently
* Drive closures (₹2L–₹15L+ modular projects)
* Handle objections, negotiations & follow-ups
* Maintain strong CRM discipline
---
### 📐 **Technical & Design Work**
* Create designs using **AutoCAD / SketchUp / KD Max / 2020**
* Prepare **BOQs and cost estimates**
* Ensure design feasibility and execution alignment
---
### 🤝 **Client & Team Coordination**
* Ensure smooth communication from **consultation to sign-off**
* Coordinate with **Operations & Installation teams**
* Support in ensuring smooth project handover
---
## 🎯 **Requirements**
* 2–6 years experience in **modular kitchen / wardrobe design + sales**
* Strong knowledge of **modular systems, hardware & materials**
* Proficiency in **AutoCAD / SketchUp / KD Max / 2020**
* Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills
* Target-driven mindset
