As part of our growth strategy, we are strengthening our modular furniture production capability to support our project execution teams and future factory setup.
We are seeking a high-ownership Production Manager who can manage modular furniture production for ongoing projects while also helping the company build a scalable factory system in the future.
Role Overview
The Modular Furniture Production Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling modular furniture production for interior fit-out projects.
This role requires strong expertise in factory production, vendor coordination, material planning, quality control, and installation support.
The candidate will also play a key role in developing BRENUR’s future modular furniture manufacturing facility.
The role reports directly to General Manager and works closely with Managing Director
Key Responsibilities
1. Modular Furniture Production Management
• Plan and manage production of modular furniture for ongoing projects upcoming projects
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and procurement teams
• Ensure production schedules align with site execution timelines
• Monitor production quality, accuracy, and finishing standards
2. Vendor & Factory Coordination
• Coordinate with external modular factories and carpentry vendors
• Negotiate production timelines and pricing
• Ensure vendors meet company quality standards
• Develop a reliable vendor ecosystem for modular furniture production
3. Material Planning & Cost Optimization
• Prepare cutting lists, material requirements, and production BOQs
• Coordinate with procurement team for timely material supply
• Control wastage and optimize material utilization
• Support cost estimation for modular furniture packages
4. Quality Control & Installation Support
• Ensure factory production matches approved drawings
• Conduct quality inspections during production stages
• Coordinate with site engineers during installation
• Resolve design-execution issues related to modular furniture
5. Factory Setup & Process Development (Future Growth Role)
• Assist management in planning BRENUR’s modular furniture factory
• Develop production workflows and factory processes
• Recommend machinery, tools, and manpower requirements
• Build standard production systems and quality protocols
Candidate Requirements
Experience
• 5–8 years experience in modular furniture production or interior manufacturing
• Experience working with modular furniture factories or joinery workshops
• Exposure to corporate office interior fit-out projects preferred
Technical Skills
• Strong understanding of modular furniture production processes
• Knowledge of materials like plywood, MDF, laminates, hardware, edge banding, etc.
• Experience reading interior working drawings and shop drawings
• Knowledge of production machinery and factory workflow
