Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone in a professional, timely manner. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalating complex cases as needed. - Educate customers about product features and usage. - Document all interactions in the CRM with precision and clarity. - Ensure complete resolution and satisfaction in every customer interaction. - Provide feedback and identify patterns in customer issues to improve service delivery. - Follow all company protocols and best practices for consistent support.
