We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented AMC / MOD Sales Executive for handling Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) sales and Elevator Modernization (MOD) sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, preparing quotations follow-ups and closing sales for elevator maintenance and modernization projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate AMC & Modernization sales leads.
- Visit clients, societies, commercial buildings, and contractors.
- Prepare and submit quotations.
- Follow up for approvals, negotiations, and closures.
- Coordinate with service and technical teams for site requirements.
- Maintain client database and daily sales reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build long-term customer relationships.
Requirements
- Experience in elevator industry sales preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of elevators, AMC, and modernization work.
- Ability to handle field sales and client meetings.
