Role Description
Schindler India is seeking a full-time Modernisation Sales professional for its on-site operations in Hyderabad. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying modernization opportunities, and preparing customized proposals. Key responsibilities include conducting site surveys, negotiating contracts, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering solutions that meet specific requirements. The role also involves achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in the modernization segment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer relationship management, and business development
- Strong knowledge of elevators, escalators, and modernisation processes in the vertical transportation industry
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to interact with clients and stakeholders
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales-related tools is a plus
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet sales targets
- Relevant educational background in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Previous experience in the construction or engineering industry is advantageous
