Job Title: Modern Trade TSI (Territory Sales Incharge)
Department: Sales
Reporting To: Area Sales Manager
Location: Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore
Job Purpose:
To increase sales in modern trade stores and ensure product availability, visibility, and proper execution of company promotions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly sales targets in the assigned modern trade outlets.
- Visit stores regularly and maintain good relationships with store managers.
- Ensure product availability and avoid stock-outs.
- Maintain proper product display and shelf visibility.
- Implement promotional activities and schemes in stores.
- Monitor competitor activities in the market.
- Coordinate with distributors for stock supply.
- Submit regular sales and store visit reports.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any field.
- 1-3 years of sales experience in FMCG or retail.
- Good communication and relationship management skills.
- Willing to travel within the assigned territory.
