Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Modern Trade Executive. In this position, you will manage relationships with modern trade clients, ensure effective placement and promotion of products, and monitor sales performance in modern trade channels. Key responsibilities include overseeing stock levels, coordinating promotional activities, identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring compliance with company standards at outlets. You will work closely with internal teams and retail partners to meet sales targets and achieve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sales and account management, with experience in modern trade operations
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, especially with retail partners
- Analytical skills for tracking store performance and understanding market trends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail
- Familiarity with FMCG or beverage industry trends is a plus
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
