Job Title:
Field Supervisor – Retail Execution & Store Compliance
Job Purpose:
Ensure consistent in-store execution, compliance, and performance improvement across assigned stores through structured store visits, coaching, and strong stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Review store performance and compliance data using available tools/reports.
Conduct structured store visits and validate visit compliance (location/time/reporting where applicable).
Perform in-store checks on key execution drivers (availability/stock, pricing, promotions, displays, planogram/merchandising standards, task completion).
Identify gaps, prioritize actions, and create clear improvement plans for store teams and internal field teams.
Deliver on-the-job coaching and one-on-one training to improve adherence to processes and execution standards.
Drive required store alignments (asset placement, additional visibility, operational support) through influencing and coordination.
Escalate critical issues and track closure of actions within timelines.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely reporting after each visit.
Education & Experience
Graduate preferred (or equivalent experience).
2–6 years FMCG sales execution experience (adjustable based on market/role level).
Work Location & Travel
Field-based within assigned territory; frequent local travel required within Orissa in stores like Reliance, Vishal, Apollo, DMart.
