Role Description The Modelling Trainer role at 4CHAMPZ is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Modelling Trainer will conduct regular training sessions covering runway walk, posture, basic choreography, posing techniques, and stage presence. Responsibilities include designing age-appropriate training modules, demonstrating techniques, providing structured feedback, and preparing learners for shows, competitions, or portfolio shoots. The trainer will also guide learners on grooming basics, professional etiquette, and confidence-building exercises, while maintaining a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment. Additional duties include coordinating schedules, tracking learner progress, collaborating with other coaches, and supporting events or workshops organized by 4CHAMPZ.
Qualifications
- Strong practical experience in modelling, including runway, posing, stage presence, and basic choreography.
- Ability to design and deliver structured training programs tailored to different age groups and skill levels.
- Excellent coaching, mentoring, and classroom management skills, with a learner-centered approach.
- Clear communication skills in English and local languages, with the ability to give constructive, encouraging feedback.
- Professional attitude, punctuality, and reliability, with the ability to work on-site in Bengaluru on a full-time schedule.
- Experience working with students in schools, colleges, or community programs is an advantage.
- Background in modelling, performing arts, fashion, or related fields; formal certifications or training are a plus.
