ABOUT THE ROLE
The Quality Fit Coordinator is a critical role at Little Box India, responsible for ensuring that every product we bring to market fits, feels, and performs to our brand standards. You will be the first line of quality evaluation — physically wearing new samples and products flagged for high return rates, identifying fit issues, and providing detailed feedback to the design and production teams. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role that directly impacts product quality and customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sample Fit Evaluation
• Wear and evaluate all new samples (Size Small) before they are approved for production.
• Assess fit, comfort, silhouette, ease of movement, and overall garment structure.
• Identify and document fit issues such as tightness, looseness, incorrect proportions, seam placement problems, and length discrepancies.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to the design and pattern-making team with specific correction recommendations.
Return Rate Reduction
• Conduct fit sessions on products identified as having a high customer return rate.
• Analyse return data and customer feedback alongside physical fit evaluation to identify root causes.
• Collaborate with the QC and design teams to recommend and validate corrective changes.
• Track improvements and confirm resolution of fit issues before re-launch of affected styles.
Fit Session Management
• Schedule and conduct regular fit sessions as per the product development calendar.
• Maintain detailed fit session records including photographs, comments, and revision history.
• Coordinate with merchandising and production teams to ensure timely sample review.
Quality & Compliance
• Ensure all approved styles meet the brand’s fit standards and size specifications.
• Assist in building and maintaining a fit measurement standard library for each product category.
• Flag any size grading inconsistencies to the relevant team.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Physical Requirements
• Must wear a standard Small (S) size across tops, bottoms, and dresses.
• Measurements typically: Bust 34”-35”, Waist 27”-28”, Hips 35”–36” (or as per brand’s defined Small spec).
• Comfortable with wearing and moving in a variety of garment types during fit sessions.
Skills & Knowledge
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fabric behaviour, and fit terminology.
• Ability to articulate fit feedback clearly and precisely — both verbally and in writing.
• Eye for detail and a high standard of quality.
• Familiarity with fashion sizing, grading, and pattern-making concepts is a plus.
• Proficiency in maintaining organised records and fit reports.
Experience
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar fit model, quality control, or fashion merchandising role preferred.
• Freshers with relevant fashion/apparel education and the right physical profile are welcome to apply.
