About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Data Specialist to join our dynamic Financial Services team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and usability of our Salesforce data, which powers our sales performance tools including a progressive dialer and Revenue.io. You will play a key role in supporting our sales organization by maintaining clean, actionable data that drives smarter decisions and better outcomes.


Key Responsibilities


Data Entry & Maintenance

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain large volumes of customer and sales data in Salesforce.
  • Ensure consistency and completeness of records across multiple data sources.


Data Cleansing & Quality Assurance

  • Identify and correct data inconsistencies, duplicates, and errors.
  • Perform regular audits and validations to maintain data hygiene.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure data accuracy and relevance.


Salesforce Optimization

  • Support the configuration and optimization of Salesforce fields, objects, and workflows related to data entry and cleansing.
  • Assist in implementing best practices for data governance and compliance.


Tool Integration Support

  • Work closely with Revenue.io and progressive dialer systems to ensure seamless data flow and synchronization.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data issues between integrated platforms.


Reporting & Insights

  • Generate reports and dashboards to track data quality metrics and support sales performance analysis.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve data processes and sales efficiency.


Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in a data analysis, data entry, or CRM support role.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM is required.
  • Familiarity with Revenue.io, progressive dialers, or similar sales enablement tools is a plus.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with data manipulation and validation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the Financial Services industry.
  • Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, FINRA).
  • Basic understanding of APIs or data integration tools is a plus.
