Mobilization Executive |
Location - Aurangabad (Sambhajinagar), Maharashtra

ISIEINDIA is seeking a dynamic and target-oriented Mobilization Executive to drive student enrollments for skill development and technical training programs across ITI and Diploma institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Visit ITI and Diploma institutes to conduct seminars, presentations, and student interactions
* Generate leads, follow up, and convert them into enrollments while achieving monthly targets
* Build and maintain strong relationships with Principals, HODs, Placement Officers, and faculty
* Plan and coordinate counseling sessions and mobilization activities
* Maintain daily visit reports, manage student data, and track enrollment progress
* Guide students through program details, career pathways, and documentation processes
* Support promotional drives and institutional engagement activities
* Submit regular activity and performance reports to management
Eligibility Criteria:
* Graduate or Diploma
* 1–3 years of experience in student mobilization, field marketing, or education counseling
* Prior exposure to ITI/Diploma institutions is an added advantage
* Fluency in Marathi is mandatory
