About The Role
The Mobility Specialist will be part of the Reward Operations Team within Haleon’s Global People Solutions function. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that Mobility processes are delivered within established time frames and provide a high-quality employee experience.
The role will report to the Global Reward Operations Manager and will work closely with the Global Mobility team in the CoE, as well as other members of the HR team. The role will be based in India.
Key Responsibilities
- Manages the initiation processes for all International Assignments and one-way international moves (Permanent International Relocations), handing off to the Global Mobility CoE team who will manage the end-to-end move
- Provides support prior to the initiation, including responsibility for collecting all data required to initiate the move and to facilitate the business approval process (including cost estimate)
- Liaises with internal partners including HRBPs, Talent Acquisition Partners, Payroll, Finance, RBPs, Legal, Department Heads and Line Managers
- Co-ordination of adhoc mobility support (i.e. ‘a la carte’), including (but not limited to): terminations, immigration, other one-off support arrangements, change of circumstances, renewals
- Query management and resolution, including expense reimbursement
- Administrative and co-ordination tasks related to Mobility. Examples include (but not limited to): preparation of business travel invitation letters and co-ordination of signatories, employment termination process for cross-border employees
- Support the Global Mobility CoE team with various co-ordination, operations and administrative tasks and projects
- Make recommendations for continuous improvement and simplification of processes and practices in conjunction with broader HR Transformation framework
Qualifications And Skills
- Fluent English language
- Min. 7-10 years of experience in HR, Administration or similar areas gained in a large commercial organisation or consultancy
- Mobility administration experience is preferred
- Strong organisational skills, with ability to proactively manage own workload
- Ability to handle multiple tasks & work as part of a team
- Skilled at building and maintaining strong relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Highly diligent and detail-oriented, with ability to follow processes and maintain accurate records
- High level of expertise in standard MS Office software (word, excel, PowerPoint)
- Simplification mindset, evidenced by demonstrable examples of process improvement and automation.
