🔍 Role Overview
This is a field-intensive role focused on community mobilisation, surveys, and program operations. You will play a key role in connecting with youth, understanding grassroots challenges, and supporting the implementation of our development initiatives.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Mobilise youth and community members for NGO programs
Conduct field visits, surveys, and data collection
Build strong relationships with local stakeholders, schools, and communities
Support execution of on-ground programs and activities
Maintain accurate reports and field documentation
Coordinate with the internal team for smooth program operations
✅ Who Should Apply
Passionate about youth development and social impact
Comfortable with extensive fieldwork in Ahmedabad
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-driven, proactive, and responsible
Prior NGO/field experience is a plus (not mandatory)
