Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Mobile Videographer & Editor to join our team. This role is unique as it involves travelling across India alongside our Chairman & Founder Dr. Dhiraj Jain, to capture, edit, and publish high-quality content in real-time. When not travelling, you will serve as an integral part of our in-house post-production team.
Key Responsibilities
1. On-Field Video Production
- Travel extensively across India alongside leadership for shoots, events, meetings, and other engagements.
- Capture high-quality video content using a smartphone (preferably iPhone), ensuring proper framing, lighting, and audio quality.
- Record a variety of content formats including short-form videos, reels, behind-the-scenes clips, and candid moments.
- Adapt shooting style based on environment, lighting conditions, and content requirements.
2. Real-Time Content Creation & Reporting
- Actively engage with individuals on-site to gather relevant information such as names, designations, and context for videos.
- Ensure accuracy and clarity in storytelling while capturing real-time interactions.
- Quickly identify content opportunities and moments worth capturing during live situations.
3. Instant Editing & Publishing
- Edit videos immediately after shooting using mobile editing applications such as CapCut, VN, or Adobe Premiere Rush.
- Add captions, transitions, music, and branding elements to enhance the final output.
- Publish content instantly across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, etc.) to maintain real-time engagement.
- Manage timely posting, captions, hashtags, and basic optimization for better reach and engagement.
- Ensure consistency in quality, tone, and branding across all content.
4. Data & Content Management
- Organize and manage all raw footage and edited files systematically.
- Transfer and share content efficiently with the central team for storage, reuse, or further editing.
- Maintain proper backups to prevent data loss during travel.
5. In-House Media Team Support
- Collaborate with the internal creative team when not travelling.
- Assist in editing long-form videos, campaigns, and other digital content.
- Contribute ideas for improving content quality, storytelling, and audience engagement.
- Support ongoing media projects and ensure timely delivery.
Requirements
Technical Skills
- Strong experience in mobile videography and editing (CapCut, VN, Premiere Rush)
- Basic knowledge of composition, lighting, audio, and storytelling
- Familiar with social media trends and formats
Flexibility & Travel
- Willing to travel frequently across India
- Comfortable in dynamic and fast-changing environments
Speed & Efficiency
- Ability to shoot, edit, and publish content quickly
- Good time management and deadline handling
