Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mobile Phone Promoter based in Sadar. The Mobile Phone Promoter will engage with customers to promote Lava's innovative mobile devices, provide excellent customer service, and drive sales. The role requires explaining product features, handling customer inquiries, and assisting with purchase decisions. Additionally, the Promoter will participate in marketing initiatives and contribute to training sessions related to product knowledge and sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage and assist customers
- Proven ability in Sales with a results-driven approach
- Experience in Marketing and Training to support promotional initiatives and skill development
- Passion for technology and understanding of mobile devices
- Proactive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in marketing or sales are a plus
