🚀 Mobile Engineer – Flutter (1+ Years of Experience)
As a Mobile Engineer, you will help build intuitive, scalable, and high-performance mobile applications that deliver exceptional user experiences.
You’ll work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to develop and optimize mobile features across iOS and Android platforms. As an early-stage team member, you’ll have significant ownership in shaping product experiences, architecture decisions, and the future direction of the mobile stack.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building polished user-centric products in a fast-paced startup environment.
🧩 What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter and modern mobile technologies
- Develop scalable, responsive, and user-friendly mobile experiences across iOS and Android
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to ship new features
- Integrate APIs and backend services into mobile applications
- Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and reliability
- Debug issues, improve stability, and ensure smooth app deployment
- Contribute to architecture decisions and engineering best practices
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
- Participate in code reviews and collaborative technical discussions
- Help shape the overall mobile product experience and engineering culture
✅ You’re a Great Fit If You
- Have 1+ years of experience in mobile application development
- Are proficient in Flutter or other modern mobile frameworks such as React Native
- Understand mobile app architecture, UI/UX principles, and API integrations
- Have experience building and deploying apps for iOS and/or Android
- Can debug performance issues and optimize mobile applications effectively
- Enjoy working in fast-paced startup environments with high ownership
- Have strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
- Care deeply about user experience and building polished products
- Are adaptable and open to working across different mobile technologies when needed
