Mobile Architect:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Architect to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance mobile applications. This role will define the mobile technology vision while ensuring alignment with industry-standard technologies that support faster hiring and engineering scalability in India.

• Cross-platform (Preferred): React Native, Expo
• Backend & APIs: .NET Core, Node.js, REST APIs
• Cloud: Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services
• Storage & Database: Firebase, PostgreSQL, Redis, Azure Blob Storage
• DevOps & Monitoring: Git, GitHub Actions, Cloud Functions, Crashlytics, Sentry
Key Responsibilities
• Define and own the end-to-end mobile architecture across Android and iOS platforms
• Establish scalable architecture patterns including MVVM, Clean Architecture, and modular design principles
• Drive cross-platform strategy using React Native and Expo aligned with business goals and hiring scalability
• Lead frontend and backend integration including REST APIs, authentication, synchronization, and microservices communication
• Design and implement offline-first capabilities including caching, local storage, background sync, and low-network handling
• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, maintainability, and responsiveness across platforms
• Lead architecture reviews, code reviews, technical governance, and engineering best practices
• Drive CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, release management, and App Store / Play Store publishing
• Oversee integration of third-party SDKs, analytics, push notifications, cloud services, Crashlytics, monitoring tools, and Azure Blob Storage integration.
• Support production issue analysis, crash debugging, performance optimization, and application monitoring
• Collaborate with Product, Backend, Design, and QA teams for seamless delivery and release execution
• Mentor engineering teams and help scale mobile development practices across squads
• Continuously evaluate and adopt technologies aligned with long-term scalability and market availability
Required Qualifications
• 8–12+ years of experience in software engineering with strong mobile application development focus
• Proven experience architecting and scaling enterprise-grade mobile applications
• Strong expertise in React Native and Expo with understanding of Android and iOS native platforms
• Experience integrating backend systems using REST APIs, authentication flows, and microservices architecture
• Strong experience building offline-capable mobile applications with local storage, caching, and synchronization strategies
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
• Experience working with Azure Blob Storage, cloud storage integrations, and file handling workflows
• Strong knowledge of mobile performance optimization, security, scalability, and platform best practices
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, release management, Firebase, Crashlytics, and monitoring tools
• Strong understanding of MVVM, Clean Architecture, reusable components, and modular application design
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in product-based companies or high-growth startups
• Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies and multi-squad delivery environments
• Experience building large-scale, high-traffic, real-time, or offline-first mobile applications
• Experience with third-party SDK integrations, analytics, push notifications, and cloud services
• Ability to mentor engineers and scale engineering teams effectively
• Exposure to DevOps practices including GitHub Actions, Jenkins, release automation, and monitoring solutions
