Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled Mobile App Developer to lead the design & development of our cross-platform assessment applications. Using the Flutter framework, you will build high-performance, visually engaging apps for both iOS & Android. You will collaborate with industry experts, academics, & sales teams to transform complex evaluation systems into intuitive mobile experiences. This role is ideal for a developer with a strong eye for UI/UX & a passion for building scalable, data-driven mobile apps.
Key Responsibilities● Full Lifecycle Development: Take ownership of the mobile development cycle, from conceptualization and architecture to deployment on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
● Cross-Platform Excellence: Develop interactive, complex interfaces using Flutter that ensure a seamless "native" feel on both iOS and Android.
● UI/UX Implementation: Maintain high graphic standards and brand consistency, translating Figma/Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect code.
● API Integration: Connect mobile frontends with backend services and RESTful APIs to handle real-time data and assessment logic.
● Optimization: Ensure application performance, stability, and responsiveness across a wide range of devices and screen sizes.
● Collaborative Problem Solving: Work ethically and autonomously within an agile team, making thoughtful technical decisions that align with product goals.
● Core Technical Mastery: Object-oriented design and asynchronous programming (Dart).
Requirements● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
● 2+ years of professional mobile development experience (Post-Graduation).
● Proven experience developing and deploying apps using Flutter and Dart.
● Familiarity with native mobile languages (Swift/Kotlin) is a plus.
● Experience with Version Control Systems like Git
● Functional understanding of agile development & integrating with RESTful APIs
● Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.
