We are looking for a highly driven Flutter Mobile App Developer (2-4 years experience) to own and lead the entire mobile app development in a fast-growing startup environment. This role requires someone who can build, ship, and iterate quickly, while taking full responsibility for the mobile product.

What You’ll Do:
• Own the complete mobile app development lifecycle including architecture, development, testing, and deployment
• Build and scale a high-performance Flutter application for both Android and iOS
• Translate product ideas into working features quickly in a fast-paced startup environment
• Work closely with founders, product managers, backend developers, and designers
• Implement clean architecture, scalable code structure, and reusable components
• Integrate REST APIs, authentication systems, payment gateways, notifications, analytics, and third-party services
• Optimize performance, memory usage, and responsiveness of the application
• Manage Play Store and App Store releases, versioning, and updates
• Identify and solve technical challenges independently
• Continuously improve app stability, UI/UX quality, and overall user engagement
What We’re Looking For:
• 2–4 years of hands-on Flutter development experience
• Strong proficiency in Dart and the Flutter framework
• Experience building production-level apps used by real users
• Strong knowledge of state management (Bloc, Riverpod, Provider, GetX, etc.)
• Experience integrating REST APIs, WebSockets, and backend services
• Familiarity with Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Push Notifications, Analytics)
• Understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM / Clean Architecture)
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and app release processes
• Strong ability to debug, profile, and optimize app performance
