About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled React Native Developer with 2.5+ years of experience in building high-performance mobile applications for Android and iOS. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React Native, API integration, state management, and performance optimization, with exposure to enterprise-grade applications.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native
- Integrate RESTful APIs and backend services (ASP.NET / Node.js, etc.)
- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and scalability
- Debug and resolve issues across devices, OS versions, and screen sizes
- Implement push notifications (Firebase / OneSignal)
- Work with authentication mechanisms (JWT, refresh tokens, secure storage)
- Handle device features like camera, location, permissions, and geofencing
- Collaborate closely with backend, product, and UI/UX teams to deliver efficient solutions
- Ensure code quality through testing, debugging, and best practices
Required Skills- 2.5+ years of hands-on experience in React Native development
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript (preferred)
- Solid understanding of React Hooks and component lifecycle
- Experience with state management tools (Redux / Zustand / Context API)
- Experience with API handling (Axios / Fetch API)
- Familiarity with form handling libraries (Formik / React Hook Form)
- Hands-on experience with Firebase services
- Experience in implementing push notifications and geofencing
- Strong understanding of mobile app lifecycle, performance optimization, and debugging
- Knowledge of secure authentication practices
Good to Have- Experience integrating native modules (Android/iOS)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
- Experience with Git and version control best practices
- Understanding of App Store / Play Store publishing process
- Prior experience working on HRMS or enterprise-level applications
