Job Description – Mobile App Growth Marketer
Mobile App Growth Marketer (Performance + AI + UI Understanding)
Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)
6M- 3 Years in Mobile App Marketing)

Role Overview
We are looking for a research-driven and proactive professional who can work on market research, new app ideas, and coordination with internal teams, along with managing marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research & App Strategy Market Research & App Strategy
· Conduct in-depth market & competitor research
· Identify app trends, gaps, and new opportunities
· Analyze competitor apps (features, performance, positioning)
· Use tools like data.ai and Sensor Tower for insights
· Suggest new app ideas and improvements in existing products
Project Cordination
· Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Design teams
· Coordinate during:
o App ideation
o Development Team
o Launch planning
· Ensure alignment between product, marketing & business goals
Marketing & Growth
· Plan, run & optimize campaigns on:
o Google Ads (App Campaigns)
o Apple Search Ads
· Handle App Store Optimization (ASO)
· Analyze user journey & suggest UI/UX improvements
· Improve app installs, retention & ROI
· Leverage AI tools for:
o Creatives
o Content
o Automation
· Manage social media marketing (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn)
· Continuously research market trends & bring new growth ideas
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in Google Ads (UAC) and Apple Search Ads
- Strong understanding of Play Store & App Store ecosystem
- Experience with data.ai / Sensor Tower
- Familiar with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, GitHub Copilot/Codex, AI content tools)
- Good knowledge of social media marketing
- Basic understanding of UI/UX & user behavior

Must Have

- Basic knowledge of Figma
