We are looking for a hands-on Google Ads performance marketer who can independently manage and scale our campaigns (especially Google UAC/App campaigns). The goal is simple: own performance, improve efficiency, and reduce founder involvement in daily campaign decisions.
This role is for someone who understands data, takes ownership, and can proactively optimize campaigns without constant direction.
Key Responsibilities -
Own end-to-end Google Ads campaign management (especially App Campaigns / UAC)
Monitor CPI, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates and optimize daily
Scale budgets responsibly based on performance signals
Reduce wasted spend from poor inventory (Display vs Search vs YouTube mix)
Work with Firebase / conversion tracking / attribution data
Identify performance drops early and take corrective action
Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences and bidding strategies
Coordinate with design team for new creatives if performance drops
Maintain performance dashboards and weekly reports
Suggest clear action plans instead of just reporting problems
Required Skills -
2-5 years experience in Google Ads performance marketing
Strong experience in Google App Campaigns (UAC)
Experience with Firebase, GA4 or mobile attribution tools
Strong analytical thinking (must understand metrics deeply)
Experience managing 80L+/month budgets preferred
Ability to take independent optimization decisions
Must be data-driven, not guess-driven
Good to Have
Experience in fintech or trading apps
Experience improving IPM, CVR and lowering CPI
Experience scaling campaigns profitably
SQL / Excel / data analysis skills
