About the RoleWe’re looking for a high-caliber Mobile App Developer who can take ownership of building and scaling a complex, real-world mobile platform from the ground up.
This is not a routine app development role — you will work on a system that demands performance, reliability, and thoughtful engineering at scale.
What You’ll Do- Architect and develop production-grade mobile applications using Flutter or React Native
- Build highly scalable, maintainable, and performant mobile systems
- Translate complex business workflows into intuitive mobile experiences
- Collaborate closely with backend, product, and design teams
- Implement robust API integrations and handle edge cases gracefully
- Optimize apps for performance, memory, and responsiveness across devices
- Contribute to technical decisions, architecture, and code quality standards
What We Expect- 2–3 years of hands-on experience shipping real mobile applications
- Strong expertise in Flutter (Dart) or React Native (JavaScript/TypeScript)
- Solid understanding of app architecture, state management, and design patterns
- Experience working with REST APIs, authentication flows, and data handling
- Strong debugging skills and ability to solve non-trivial problems independently
- Good understanding of platform-specific nuances (Android & iOS)
- Familiarity with version control, code reviews, and clean coding practices
Bonus (Nice to Have)- Experience working on complex or workflow-heavy applications
- Exposure to offline-first apps, caching, and performance optimization
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and release management
- Contributions to open-source or strong GitHub portfolio
