About The Role
We are seeking a talented Mobile Developer with expertise in cross-platform mobile application development to join our innovative team at NeoScript. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with Flutter and React Native, demonstrating the ability to develop high-quality, maintainable, and scalable mobile applications. This role requires a proactive individual capable of collaborating effectively with product managers, designers, and backend developers to create seamless and engaging mobile experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cross-platform apps that deliver exceptional performance on both Android and iOS devices, leveraging native capabilities when necessary.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have between 1 to 3 years of professional experience in mobile application development, with a strong emphasis on Flutter and React Native. Proficiency in Dart and JavaScript/TypeScript is mandatory, alongside familiarity with the React Native ecosystem including tools like Expo, React Navigation, Redux or Zustand, and React Query. A solid understanding of native Android (Java/Kotlin) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development is essential to facilitate native integrations and optimize app performance. Candidates should also possess experience integrating RESTful APIs, deploying apps to app stores, and working within an agile development environment. Knowledge of version control systems such as Git is required, along with a passion for staying updated on the latest trends and advancements in mobile technology.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and React Native frameworks, ensuring code quality and performance.
- Design and implement new features for Android and iOS platforms, utilizing native modules when necessary to enhance functionality.
- Create reusable components and shared libraries to promote scalability and maintainability across projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend developers to define requirements and deliver high-quality features.
- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and stability across multiple devices and operating systems.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and performance issues in both Flutter and React Native codebases.
- Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards for each framework.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and updates in Flutter, React Native, Android, and iOS ecosystems to continuously improve development processes.
- Assist in app store deployment processes, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines and best practices.
