Organize, prioritize, and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, both domestic and international, ensuring smooth transitions and timely
itineraries.
• Handle internal and external communications promptly on behalf of the MD.
• Act as the first point of contact, addressing and directing queries to the right departments.
• Draft and edit internal announcements, memos, or emails.
• Prepare meeting agendas, PowerPoint presentations, and speech drafts.
• Compile and manage monthly/quarterly reports, and ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct background research and present findings for upcoming meetings, projects, or speeches.
• Manage expense reports for the MD, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely submissions.
• Act as a liaison between the MD and other department heads, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
• Coordinate and oversee special projects as assigned by the MD, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Engage in continuous process improvement, suggesting ways to streamline operations and increase
efficiency.
Your profile:
• Postgraduate degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in an executive support role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Discreet, professional, and able to handle confidential information with the utmost integrity.
