Job Purpose:

We are seeking a Temporary Admin who is motivated and eager to succeed in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build practical skills, stay committed, and contribute meaningfully to the team through critical thinking, AI-assisted tasks, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day administrative support, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Pull and organize pictures from galleries and internal resources for marketing and operational use.
• Create, edit, and refine descriptions for websites, often leveraging AI tools to improve accuracy and appeal.
• Spend time prompting AI effectively to generate content, streamline admin tasks, and support project needs.
• Apply critical thinking to review, edit, and improve outputs from AI and other sources.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain consistency and efficiency across projects.

Required Qualification and Experience:

• Strong interest in administration, digital tools, and modern workplace technologies.
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with AI platforms is a plus.
• A proactive attitude, with the ability to stay focused and committed.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
