Role Purpose

Key Accountabilities


  • Provide attentive and professional service to both new and returning customers, ensuring a memorable experience.
  • Support in-store tastings, promotions, and product displays to enhance customer engagement.
  • Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and maintaining strong merchandising standards.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of wines, champagnes, and premium spirits to confidently advise clients.
  • Capture client information and support senior consultants with clientele initiatives.
  • Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately through the POS system.
  • Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and compliance with all operational and brand standards


Required Skills, Experience & Qualification


  • Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service
  • Genuine interest in wines, champagnes, and spirits.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn, develop, and grow within luxury retail.
  • Availability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Fluency in English is required


Desirable Skills


  • Experience within the wine & spirits, FMCG, or F&B industries (luxury retail exposure is an advantage).
  • WSET training or certification is an advantage
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while delivering exceptional service.
  • Fluency in additional languages to engage with an international customer base.
