Job Purpose:

To manage and nurture relationships with Private Clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, loyalty, and business growth by providing personalized and professional service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively manage a portfolio of private clients, offering them advice and guidance on their Fine Wine & Luxury Spirits purchasers, both locally and in bond. Ensuring consistent delivery of superior customer service.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their preferences and proactively addressing their needs.
  • Identify new business opportunities and upsell products and services, effectively contributing to revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and swift issue resolution.
  • Regularly evaluate customer feedback to continually improve client satisfaction and enhance customer experience strategies.


Required Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Fine Wine & Luxury Spirits sales or sales within luxury hospitality or premium beverage sectors.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage and grow relationships with high-net-worth clients.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.


Desirable Skills & Qualification:

  • Fluency in English with French & or Italian is added advantage
  • Strong understanding of luxury consumer behavior and expectations.
  • Experience working in an international, multicultural environment.
