What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a High-Ticket Sales Development Representative to close inbound leads for our marriage coaching programs. You’ll be the first point of real human contact for prospects already warmed up through our proven funnel - and your job is to connect, qualify, and convert.

This isn’t just about making the sale - you’ll be offering real, actionable advice during the call that prospects can use immediately.

This is perfect for someone who lives and breathes sales, connects easily with people, and wants to work in a team that actually delivers what it sells.

What You’ll Do:

• Attend Sales Calls: Speak with pre-qualified, inbound prospects and guide them through a consultative sales process that builds trust and drives commitment.
• Client Connection & Value Delivery: Offer genuine insight and actionable advice on calls, ensuring prospects leave with clarity - whether they buy or not.
• Follow-Up & Admin: Maintain detailed notes, manage CRM updates, and handle follow-ups with precision to keep the pipeline moving.
• Team Collaboration & Optimization: Collaborate with the team to improve messaging, closing rates, and systems.

Who You Are:

• Fluent Communicator: You speak and write English at a native level, with clarity, confidence, and ease.
• Time-Zone Aligned: You're available to work U.S. Eastern Time hours without issue.
• Emotionally Intelligent: You pick up on unspoken cues, handle objections gracefully, and know how to guide conversations with empathy and insight.
• Sales-Savvy: You have experience in sales and a natural ability to influence. High-ticket experience is a bonus, but not a requirement.
• Coachable & Growth-Oriented: You take feedback seriously, apply it quickly, and are constantly looking to improve.
• Organized & Reliable: You keep clean notes, follow up without being asked, and don’t let admin tasks slip through the cracks.

• Hours: Flexible, with a minimum of 20 hours per week
• OTE: $2000-$3500 per month
