We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Software Engineer to contribute to the improvement and maintenance of innovative decentralized applications (DApps) within a major blockchain ecosystem (NEAR). This role is ideal for someone who wants to work in a fast-paced start-up, gets engaged at an early stage of projects, and is motivated by building something new from the ground up. This position focuses on building a blazing-fast frontend and a robust SDK for a cross-chain DEX utilizing multi-party computation, chain signatures, secure enclaves, and intent-based architecture. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the Protocol team, designers, QA, and external partners to deliver the best possible user and developer experience. Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, defining both the application's look and functionality. Ensure that precise financial instruments are easy to use and understand for end-users. Optimize every millisecond of user interactions to deliver superior performance. Implement deep tracing and observability of critical user flows. Create a best-in-class SDK for other DApps to easily integrate. Design, test, and implement highly resilient state machines for managing Request for Quotes (RFQs).
