Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of GenAI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph, and apply the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to connect LLMs with real-time data and tools.
- Build and maintain “self-healing” CI/CD pipelines that automate model evaluation (hallucination checks, drift detection) and deployment across hybrid cloud environments.
- Collaborate with UX teams to integrate GenAI outputs (streaming text, multimodal assets) into React/Next.js applications, ensuring sub-second latency and smooth state management.
- Respond to and resolve production issues in line with SLA commitments.
- Troubleshoot user issues and handle service requests efficiently.
- Monitor data pipelines, identify failures, and implement corrective actions.
- Track and improve model performance, applying necessary corrections.
- Refresh dashboards and ensure accuracy of data presented to stakeholders.
Skills And Expertise
- Strong expertise in GenAI orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph) and MCP.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD automation, MLOps practices, and hybrid cloud deployments.
- Proficiency in frontend integration with React/Next.js.
- Solid background in production support, incident resolution, and data pipeline monitoring.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and UX teams to deliver reliable, high-performance solutions.
