Job Description – ML Ops
Location: Mumbai (only)
Experience: 4–10 years
Role Summary
We are looking for hands-on MLOps professionals with 4+ years of experience. Candidates must have strong expertise in Databricks, MLflow, PySpark, Python, and the machine learning lifecycle. Profiles with BFSI domain exposure are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
• Build, maintain, and optimize Databricks-based MLOps pipelines
• Implement MLflow tracking, experiment management, and model registry workflows
• Develop automated processes for data validation, scoring, monitoring, and drift detection
• Manage Databricks Jobs/Workflows, Repos, and Unity Catalog permissions
• Support versioning, audit trails, and lifecycle controls for ML models
• Collaborate with Data Science teams to onboard ML models into production
• Troubleshoot ML pipeline issues and ensure reliable end-to-end operations
• Contribute to CI/CD integration for ML workflows
Required Technical Skills
• Hands-on experience with Databricks/AWS/Azure/GCP (Jobs, Workflows, Notebooks, Repos)
• Ability to design end-to-end MLOps workflows and pipelines
• Strong expertise in MLflow (tracking, model registry, experiments)
• Proficiency in PySpark, Python and data engineering fundamentals
• Understanding of model performance metrics, monitoring, and drift detection
• Solid Knowledge of CI/CD concepts and automation workflows
• Strong understanding of ML lifecycle and concepts: training, evaluation, scoring, monitoring, retraining
