Experience Required in Skilled Nursing Administration needed!

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 + years management experience in long term care at (Administrator) leadership level
• 1 to 3 + years experience running a Skilled Nursing Facility in Texas or Veterans Home
  • exampled of past survey results with descriptions of care plan
• Must be a  LNFA with the State of Texas ( Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator)
• Good understanding of financial and budget management of a healthcare facility
  • Must provide proof of budget handling, survey results, and leadership results
• Effective leader with good employee relations, customer service skills and employee engagement
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance regulations with eagerness to improve
• Must be willing to relocate to this area if not already in the East Houston Region
• Good interpersonal and analytical skills
