UST is hiring an AI Engineer focused on building scalable AI-powered applications and machine learning solutions. The role emphasizes Generative AI, LLMs, cloud AI services, and deployment readiness.

Experience
- 3-7 years
- Experience in Healthcare domain preferred
- Experience in Health Insurance domain preferred
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments preferred
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Azure AI Engineer Associate or equivalent AI/ML certification
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions
- Develop AI applications using LLMs, NLP, and machine learning techniques
- Build AI-powered chatbots, assistants, recommendation systems, and intelligent automation solutions
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines and vector database integrations
- Develop and maintain APIs and microservices for AI applications
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, and engineering teams
- Monitor, evaluate, and improve model performance, accuracy, and scalability
- Participate in model deployment and MLOps activities
Additional Responsibilities
- Ensure AI solutions adhere to security, compliance, and Responsible AI practices
