About the role
In 2001, I started as a production engineer working with laser systems. I then accepted responsibility for the site's quality management. I now lead our growing cleanroom production team of 20 engineers and technicians, who are building our Explorer® Laser series. MKS has given me the opportunity and support to grow, and I now serve as a coach for our new production team. I'm able to lead with my personal value of respect for the individual and enjoy actively supporting the growth of those around me. I'm happy to be among peers who contribute their own perspectives and broaden my horizons.
