About the role

A Day in Your Life at MKS:

As an Area Manager at MKS, you will partner with Key Account Managers, Regional Sales Manager, Customers and other key stakeholders to drive growth. In this role, you will report to the Regional sales manager.

Location - Gujarat, India

You Will Make an Impact By:
• Responsible for new account development and/or expanding existing accounts within an established geographic territory
• Sell the company’s products, and generally responsible for finding and generating new customers
• Handles critical accounts or larger territories
• Calls on prospective customers, provides technical and administrative product information and/or demonstrations, and quotes appropriate customer prices
• Represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company in sales-related matters; understanding of customer’s business and product requirements is necessary
• Fully knowledgeable about company products
• Responsible for meeting assigned sales quota
• Travel Requirements: Frequent travel required

Skills You Bring:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required 

Master’s degree in business, preferred 

5+ years of related experience required 

Experience with OEM Sales is a plus. Demonstrated ability in business development, and customer relationship management.

Experience in Surface Coating and Electroplating Industries.

Excellent communication, and negotiation skills. 


Physical Demands & Working Conditions:
• Ability to remain in a stationary position for 20% of the time
• Operates in a professional office environment
• Perform activities such as sitting, standing, or typing for extended periods of time
• Regularly requires good manual dexterity and coordination
• Must be able to communicate information and ideas so others will understand
• Must be able to exchange accurate information
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery
