Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mixologist based in Lucknow(UP Based) with opportunities to work from home on occasion. The Mixologist will be responsible for developing innovative beverages, perfecting recipes, and ensuring high-quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include curating and crafting beverage menus, maintaining cleanliness and organization, training team members on beverage preparation techniques, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The role also involves staying updated with industry trends and maintaining food safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Culinary Skills and Food & Beverage preparation
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience in Training and mentoring staff to improve performance
- Knowledge of mixology trends and passion for beverage innovation
- Attention to detail, creativity, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
- Ability to work in a hybrid work environment and travel occasionally
- Relevant certifications or prior experience in a food and beverage role is a plus
