MUFG is building a talent pool of experienced professionals for permanent roles within its IT Planning, Reporting and Administration (IPR) department in the Technology division. The opportunities are open to people returning from a career break of 12 months or more. During this time, you may have worked on a small-scale or self-employed basis to fit around your other commitments, or have not done any paid work for a number of years. Opportunities Available MUFG Supported Hiring is an opportunity for experienced professionals to be matched with roles within the IPR department. The role of the IPR department is to ensure communication and liaison with Head Office (HO) in Tokyo, for both Bank and Securities, as well as accountability for EMEA Technology wide reporting, management of resourcing processes, management of asset processes and administration of wider planning processes including annual budget planning. MUFG is open to considering flexible working requests in line with organisational requirements. Their hybrid policy requires employees to be in the office 3 days a week, however throughout the transition period this may be increased. Who Are They Looking For? You must have the right to work in the UK, sponsorship will not be provided. MUFG is interested to hear from you if you have a background in: Business Analysis Project Management Office (PMO) Project Management Programme Management They have roles available at different levels of the organisation, from junior to senior. Alongside your previous work experience, they are looking for the following personal attributes: Excellent interpersonal, relationship and communication skills, able to collaborate and partner with all areas of Change, Technology and the business Demonstrable track record of effective stakeholder management, managing multiple stakeholders and proven ability to deal professionally with senior management Demonstrable track record of building relationships across diverse skill sets and across the organisation The ability to focus on both the big picture and practical impact Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate and partner across the firm and build an internal as well as external network Proactive, results driven, with a strong sense of accountability and the ability to operate with urgency and prioritise work accordingly A calm approach, with the ability to perform well in a pressurised environment Strong numerical skills The willingness to ensure that tasks are delivered in a timely manner and to a high standard Supported Hiring Transition Support MUFG values the diverse experiences returning professionals bring and is committed to ensuring you have a smooth transition.
