Manage and deliver projects related to physical Security. Ensure projects comply with the company's Program and Project Management Policy and relevant guidelines. Prepare and manage project documentation and reports. Confirm project scope, infrastructure requirements, timelines, and funding. Adjust project plans based on changes or risks. Escalate risks and issues to senior leadership. Ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery. Document changes and obtain necessary approvals. Manage project priorities, financial tracking, and stakeholder interactions. Facilitate team discussions and vendor meetings; track and follow up on action items. Represent project needs in larger project meetings.
