Role Description
We are seeking a Mitek Detailer Sapphire specialist for a full-time, remote position. This role involves creating and reviewing detailed design drawings for prefabricated structures using Mitek Sapphire software, ensuring compliance with project specifications and building codes. You will collaborate with engineers, project managers, and clients to deliver accurate plans and maintain project timelines. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting design challenges, optimizing material usage, and staying updated on industry trends and software developments.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Mitek Sapphire software, knowledge of design principles, and the ability to develop detailed shop drawings for prefabricated building projects
- Experience in construction design, structural detailing, and understanding of building codes and regulations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with engineers, project teams, and clients
- Attention to detail, accuracy in producing designs, and problem-solving capabilities
- Familiarity with material optimization and experience in creating cost-effective construction solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in commercial, industrial, and residential projects is a plus
