</div><div>This position is structured to provide <strong>consistent, full-time employment</strong>, with compensation based on a <strong>minimum of 40 hours per week</strong>, subject to applicable California labor laws. <strong>Overtime will be paid in accordance with California wage and hour regulations.<br></strong><br>

<li>Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.</li>
<li>Valid driver's license and clean driving record.</li>
