PRIMARY JOB FUNCTION
The Foundation Operations Coordinator plays a central role in supporting the Foundation's day-to-day operations. This position is responsible for managing the donor database (CRM), coordinating marketing and communications efforts, supporting fundraising events, and providing administrative and committee support.
This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities while helping advance donor engagement and the Foundation’s overall mission.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- General Operations
- Support overall Foundation operations and special projects as needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Event & Campaign Support
- Coordinate logistics for fundraising events, including registration, communications, and follow-up.
- Support event planning, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.
- Assist with fundraising campaigns and appeals.
- CRM & Data Management
- Manage and maintain the Foundation’s CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date donor records.
- Process gifts, pledges, and acknowledgments in a timely and accurate manner.
- Generate reports and dashboards to support fundraising, campaigns, and leadership decision-making.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and confidentiality.
- Marketing & Communications
- Manage and execute social media strategy and content calendar
- Assist in developing marketing materials, including newsletters, emails, and campaign collateral.
- Maintain and update Foundation web content (as applicable).
- Maintain and update digital signage.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels
- Photograph and video content for use on social media, internal communications, and marketing materials.
- Arranges for press coverage for company events when appropriate.
- Assist with direct mail campaigns.
- Donor Relations & Stewardship
- Support donor communications, including acknowledgments, impact updates, and stewardship materials.
- Assist with donor tracking, segmentation, and engagement strategies.
- Help coordinate donor recognition efforts and initiatives.
