About the role
Requirement Gathering and Analysis :
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, technical needs, and project goals.
Conduct detailed gap analyses to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
Project Documentation :
Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and use cases.
Develop user stories and workflows to ensure alignment with technical teams.
Stakeholder Management :
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly communicated and understood.
Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings, project updates, and issue resolution discussions.
Techincal Collaboration :
Work closely with developers, testers, and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Assist in system design, development, and implementation by providing insights and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Testing and Validation :
Develop test plans and cases to validate that solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate feedback to refine solutions.
Project Support :
Provide ongoing support during project execution and post-implementation phases.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
