Role Description The MIS Team Leader is a full-time, on-site role based in Jalandhar. This role oversees the management information systems function, including data collection, reporting, and analysis to support business operations and strategic decisions. The MIS Team Leader will coordinate a team, assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure the timely delivery of accurate reports and dashboards. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining and administering systems, resolving technical issues, optimizing data processes, and collaborating with management to identify information needs. The role may also involve documenting procedures, ensuring data security and compliance, and recommending system enhancements.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support business decisions.
- Candidates should possess System Administration and Troubleshooting skills to maintain MIS tools, manage user access, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Candidates should possess Systems Engineering skills to design, improve, and integrate MIS workflows and data processes.
- Candidates should possess Team Leadership skills to guide, mentor, and coordinate team members and ensure effective collaboration.
- Relevant experience in MIS, data reporting, or IT within financial services or a related sector is beneficial.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools) is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment are important.
